We are a small business with limited resources, but we believe that every drop in the ocean makes a difference. Every small action counts, and can lead to bigger consequences.
From the beginning we had a clear vision of wanting to use training for good. Training is a very powerful tool, in the right hands it can have a major positive impact in people's lives, personally and professionally.
It's not enough to say we care about people and their development, we have to walk the talk. We are working hard to make training more accessible and available for everyone.

We believe every business, no matter the size, should act in a way that benefits society as a whole.
Often it's the small businesses and organisations that do most for our world, who have less access to strong development programs and powerful training.
To address this, we wanted to make our training sessions available even to those that might not be able to afford it.
Our groundbreaking 4-4-1 initiative means that for every 4 days of training we deliver to our corporate clients, we will deliver 1 day of training to a charity or not-for-profit organisation, for free!
These could be some charities already associated with our clients, or one of our partner charities.

We are passionate about taking care of our planet, our home, in every possible way.
As such we are trying to make all our training sessions as green as possible.
Here are some of the things we are doing:
Reduce the amount of paper used in our sessions.
Carbon offset all our flights.
Use tech instead of paper where possible.
Send digital hand outs instead of printed ones.
Use our 4-4-1 initiative to work with environmental charities.
